Full Job Description

Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage this dynamic practice in the Auburn to Tacoma areas. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING facilities with the one on one support of a supervising Cardiologist and Nephrologist. The Clinician must be an effective communicator, requiring a close working relationship with nursing and primary care.

We are looking for clinicians who are interested in being lifelong learners, want a flexible schedule and life outside of work, or someone who wants to work hard and get compensated for their hard work, but overall, understands the importance of providing excellent quality care.

* Rounding will be done at the SNF and charting will be completed on your own Laptop in the comfort of home or where ever you would like.

Skilled Nursing Experience and/or Cardiology/Nephrology Experience highly desired

Required experience:

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: Experienced provider with internal medicine, family practice, geriatric medicine, or cardiology, nephrology experience, LTAC

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with facility leadership including the Nursing Director, Executive Director, and nursing team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the primary care team at the facility including the Medical Director and APP.
  • Provide high quality clinical care to the facility’s residents while demonstrating a kind and caring demeanor.
  • Be able to provide education and training to the facility’s nursing team on CHF and CKD.
  • Achieve encounter goals on a monthly basis.
  • Be a subject matter expert in cardiac and nephrology medicine.
  • Complete all documentation in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $128,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
